What is the difference between the order # and the booking #?

Use your order # to communicate with us about your booking and never think of the booking # ever again.

After booking a tour with us, your order will be automatically confirmed – both on screen after completing the deposit payment and minutes later via an automatically generated email. On those confirmation you will see an order number (order #). This is the number you can use to refer to your booking if you contact us about changing or cancelling it.

However, you might also see a booking number (booking #) on your confirmation that differs from your order number. This number refers to the tour(s) you booked. You can book multiple tours in one order – let’s say you want a day tour between Hue and Hoi An and later on do some exploring of the Mekong Delta – so that’s why we work with different numbers for orders and bookings.
