How do I pay for the tour?

For every booking, we ask you to pay a deposit to finalize the booking. The deposit is different per tour, and ranges between ten (10%) and twenty (20%) percent of the total amount. You can pay the deposit directly online, using your credit card or other common methods of payment.

How do I pay the remaining amount?

Cash is king in Vietnam. However, we understand that the remaining amount of 80, 85 or 90% you still need pay to your Easy Rider(s) might be more than you’d like to carry on your body. Starting in February 2024, there are now two ways to pay the remaining amount:

1. in cash directly to your Easy Rider at the start of the tour – in Vietnamese dong (VND), Euro (EUR) of American dollars (USD). Please check the website of the Vietcombank for applicable exchange rates. Notes only!
2. by credit card, a few days before the tour, via an online payment request send to you by our main guide, Mr Vu. He’ll make sure the money gets to your guide(s). For payment by credit card there is an additional fee of 3%.
